Joining Specsavers from overseas | Meet Justice, Pre-reg Optometrist

This week, Raj is joined by Justice, Pre-reg Optometrist who joined Specsavers on the Isle of Wight from Ghana. Alongside Justice, Gary Riggs, Directors of Specsavers Isle of Wight and Catherine Fairbanks, International Recruitment Manager at Specsavers. 

We hear from Justice about the process of joining Specsavers from overseas and how he first came to be aware of the opportunities. Gary talks about how Justice has settled in with the team and Catherine sheds light on the steps that need to be taken for joining Specsavers from overseas.
